UGAL
Acronym for United Galactic ALliance, An
interstellar political and trade
alliance composed of representatives from member planets.

- SeQish
Founding:
UGAL was founded in 3523, eight years after humankinds first encounter with the
SeQish.
The Alliance was first formed to formalize political relations between the two worlds, and
to establish a formal relationship and to have a regulating body for
interstellar trade. UGAL's
secondary goal was to oversee joint exploration of the galaxy.
Lately, UGAL has also been tasked to combat the rise of pirates preying on space faring travelers.
Territory:
The territory of space that falls under UGAL jurisdiction is comprised of the Earth (sol) system
and it's two colonies,
SeQish system,
Alpha Centari system, and the systems of UGAL's four mining
colonies.
