Psygen
A Psygen is a member of a law enforcement and oversight organization. Psygens tend to work alone or in small groups, and assist law enforcement with difficult situations. They also observe all governmental meetings, and will override any malevolent or detrimental decisions. Pysgens mostly consider themselves to be observers and protectors of humanity.
Psygens are mainly known for their P.S.I. abilities, which vary from psygen to psygen.
They are rumored to have the following abilities:
Nearly all Psygens have the last name of "Nor", though they claim not to be directly related. Thus, it is proper to address a Psygen by his or her title and given name.
